As a graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a B.A. in Business/Economics, Dustin moved into the insurance and securities field in early 2002 with Mass Mutual Financial Group Richmond Agency. After two successful years Dustin transitioned to an independent Property and Casualty Agency to head the Life and Health division.
As a founding partner of AGI Financial Services Dustin’s main responsibilities include working with groups and individuals on their specific health insurance needs ranging from major medical coverage, dental, group life and disability insurance. He also works with outside experts such as a Third Party Administrator to implement Section 125 plans and COBRA administration within groups.
It is Dustin’s goal to help his clients with the complexity of health insurance and work with them to create a benefit package that they truly understand and value.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Tennessee and a Certified Family Business Specialist, Ed brings over 35 years of experience to AGI both working for and owning small to medium sized businesses.
As a founding partner of AGI Financial Services his main responsibilities include working with associations, groups and individuals to formulate and implement a lifelong plan based on listening to and focusing on the clients’ needs.
It is his goal to develop lasting relationships with his clients based on caring and trust by maintaining regular contact, periodic reviews and other high quality services and products. |

Lydia Grace-Gardner

Lydia comes to AGI with 20 years of customer service including retail sales and management experience in child care services. Her formal training in office management comes from Northern Virginia Community College.
Her main responsibilities include working with the agents and clients to simplify the business process and handle client needs as well as the daily responsibilities of the AGI office.
It is her goal to make her office an efficient conduit between AGI, our clients, and our vendors based on quality of service knowledge and professionalism. |
